Free Worldwide Shipping

ChromeWithHearts provides free standard shipping on all orders. Customers will not be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once it becomes available.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated international delivery is normally 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information is available, customers can use it to follow the shipment. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Free shipping covers the delivery charge only. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist with an investigation.
